Intellectual Property Systems: A comparison between the EU and China

The EU-China Business Association, the Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce and China IP SME Helpdesk have organised a very stimulating webinar on the comparison between the systems to protect Intellectual Property in force in the EU and China. This webinar will take place on August 18, 2021 from 10h30 am to 11h30 am CEST.

There are significant differences between IP systems in the EU and China. During the webinar, Mr. Simon Cheetham, Team Leader and IP expert, China IP SME Helpdesk, will give an overview of the most important similarities and differences between the two systems, helping EU SMEs to better understand how they need to prepare before entering the Chinese market.
