During this session, Mr. Toby Mak, IP expert of the China IP SME Helpdesk, will provide participants with practical insights into the various enforcement mechanisms available to SMEs facing intellectual property infringement in China.
The webinar will walk attendees through the process of enforcing IP rights in a Chinese court. It will address key areas such as administrative actions, civil litigation, criminal sanctions, and other alternative enforcement methods.
