The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce announces structural partnership with Dentons

The FCCC is pleased to announce its structural partnership with Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms to further strengthen business ties between Flanders and China. With a presence in more than 80 countries, Dentons combines genuinely local insight with global reach, helping companies grow, protect, operate and finance their businesses in an increasingly complex cross-border environment.

From its Brussels office, Dentons offers a full-service platform with a particular focus on cross-border matters involving the European Union and Belgium. Its multilingual team advises on corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, international trade, dispute resolution, real estate, banking and finance, employment, tax and regulatory issues, including competition and EU trade law. Dentons regularly supports Belgian and international clients on inbound and outbound investments, helping them navigate legal, regulatory and cultural complexities in both Europe and Asia.

To further support Chinese investors in Flanders and Flemish companies with interests in China, Dentons Brussels has established a dedicated China Desk. This team brings together Chinese-speaking and Belgium-qualified lawyers who understand both legal systems and business cultures. Working closely with colleagues across Dentons’ global network, the China Desk provides coordinated, pragmatic support throughout the entire investment lifecycle – from market entry and structuring to day-to-day operations, compliance and dispute resolution.
