The EU-China Business Association is organizing an exclusive luncheon with His Excellency Mr. Cai Run, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China and Head of the Chinese Mission to the EU, taking place on Thursday, 9 October 2025 at 12:00 CEST at De Warande, Zinnerstraat/Rue Zinner 1, 1000 Brussels. Unfortunately Ambassador Cai will not be able to attend as he has been requested to deliver an important speech at the European Parliament in Strasbourg on that day, which despite his efforts, cannot be rescheduled.
He deeply regrets missing our event and looks forward to the opportunity to join us next time.
Therefore, Minister SUO Peng, the newly appointed Minister for Trade and Economy at the Chinese Mission to the EU, will represent the Ambassador. We are honored that Minister SUO Peng has kindly agreed to address our members in his place.
