At the China International Import Expo (CIIE), our Belgian meat suppliers proudly showcased the quality, craftsmanship and reliability that define Belgian meat.
With eight Belgian companies present, their stand has been a place of great interest and valuable exchanges about what makes Belgian meat stand out:

They were honoured to welcome His Excellency Bruno Angelet, the Belgian Ambassador to China, whose visit underlines the strong and long-standing partnership between Belgium and China in the agri-food sector.
They also had the privilege of meeting Mr. Pascal Buffin, Consul General of Belgium in Shanghai (Consulate General of Belgium in Shanghai), and Mr. Johan Klaps, responsible for Port and Economy for the City of Antwerp — both highlighting the importance of international cooperation and Belgian expertise on the global stage.
At the same time, Mr Frank Van Eynde, Flemish Trade Commissioner in Shanghai also met with the business representatives.
