The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce and MEDVIA are organizing a webinar focusing on the Opportunities and Challenges in China’s MedTech industry. This webinar will take place on 8 June 2023 from 10h00 to 11h00 CEST. This event is organized with the support of Flanders Investment & Trade.
China's MedTech market has been growing rapidly and this growth is expected to continue in the coming years. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the demand for MedTech products and services in China. China also has an ageing population and a need for innovative healthcare solutions. As a result, there's a significant market for Flemish MedTech offerings, particularly in areas like imaging, telemedicine, and AI in healthcare. The Chinese government has invested heavily in healthcare and technology, creating an environment conducive to MedTech growth.
While the opportunities are extensive, the Chinese market can be complex to navigate. This webinar will provide valuable insights and advice on how best to approach the market and how to avoid pitfalls. At the end of the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to our MedTech experts.
The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce has published a study on the Healthcare opportunities in the Chinese market and the Opportunities in China’s Biotech Sector. Participants can also request to obtain copies of these studies. The studies were made with the support of Flanders Investment & Trade.
