China is the second largest market for healthcare in the world, following the United States and larger than Japan. In the past 10 years Chinese biotech and medtech companies have emerged as innovators which expand worldwide. Therefore medtech companies from Flanders have an interest in understanding the regulatory aspects, to evaluate partners, and to consider clinical development and sales in China.
To grab this opportunity, Flanders Investment & Trade is organizing a China MedTech mission to Shanghai and Suzhou from April 7 till 13, 2024.
This mission is available to companies in the following sectors: medical devices (class I, II, III); diagnostics; lab or biopharma equipment manufacturers; and CROs and regulatory consulting service providers for MedTech and Diagnostics.
Fifteen companies can participate in this mission. Considering the strong focus on tech, FIT, together with the partners, will select the companies which best fit the content of the mission. FIT will organize a three-day tour in Shanghai and Suzhou, followed by a visit to the China Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF)
The price for the mission is €750, plus €500 for every additional participant of the same company.
