Umicore has signed with the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone its first R&D center in Greater China. It will serve as a platform to conduct research and development, testing and screening, and will reinforce the link with partners and Chinese customers to better support their innovation needs as well as expand all-round collaboration with leading universities and institutions in China.
