The Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce (FCCC) – with the support of Flanders Investment & Trade – is organizing a webinar on China’s reforms to promote the use of digital technology in contracts. Topics covered will include digital contracting, e-signatures/e-chops, and electronic evidence, as well as the development of judicial practice in response to these reforms.
