Flanders Investment & Trade – Hybrid Food Fair – 6 June 2024 – Shanghai

Many foreign buyers and importers in the food sector are looking forward to find new suppliers and to discover new products and trends. Are you interested to present your products in new markets in an easy-going way?

Very good! Flanders Investment & Trade will happily match the requirements of the buyers with your export plans and is organizing a hybrid matching day in Shanghai on June 6, 2024.

How do we go about it?

FIT-Shanghai has many contacts in the food sector with importers/distributors, e-commerce players and supermarket chains. We will invite those buyers to a mini-food-fair where they can get to know the products of Flemish companies. After the mini-food-fair we will introduce the buyers to Flemish companies in which they are interested.

• Online subscription before April 8
• You will receive a mail with practical information, and a registration link for an intake talk at a local office
• Attention: only following this intake talk may we confirm your participation
• You provide product samples to FIT-Shanghai for tasting during the mini-food-fair. To receive your products in time, we advise you to send your samples before April 29.
• On the basis of your profile, our colleagues at FIT-Shanghai will go looking for possible buyers.
• June 6: presentation of your company and products by our colleagues in Shanghai to Chinese buyers during the mini food fair.
• If a buyer is interested, FIT will organize an online meeting between yourself and the buyer (will be organized after the presentation and tasting).
