He is also Co-Founder of Tsinghua University's Digital Capability Center and Chairman of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce East China – Shanghai. Having lived in Shanghai for over 28 years, Dr. Eloot brings deep expertise on China's economic and industrial transformation.
