Shanghai Overseas Promotion Center for Service Trade (Brussels) (hereinafter referred to as the SOPCST) is a service platform initiated by Shanghai Orient Webcasting Co., Ltd. and the Flanders-China Chamber of Commerce (FCCC), with the support of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce. Based in Belgium and expanding to EU market, the SOPCST aims at facilitating the development of overseas service market for Shanghai and the promotion of communication and cooperation between and Shanghai enterprises, by supporting relevant projects through information exchange and cooperation with the governments and other institutions.
